Wellness Rest & Restore

Rediscover balance and calm with Wellness Rest and Recovery, a soothing online restorative yoga class designed to help you unwind and restore. This practice combines restorative yoga poses, gentle flows, and mindfulness techniques to release tension and promote deep relaxation. Incorporating recovery tools like cork rollers, straps, and massage balls, the class helps to target and release tight muscles and fascia, improving flexibility and overall recovery. Whether you’re recovering from a busy week or simply looking to reset, Wellness Rest and Recovery offers a peaceful space to nurture your wellness and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

A seamless blend of 45 minutes of functional strength training followed by 45 minutes of yoga. Build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate calm—without needing to switch classes or locations.
