Booking Details

What’s Included:

  • 7 nights in a Superior Sea View Room at Aegialis Hotel & Spa

  • Daily breakfast + dinner (vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free options available)

  • Yoga & wellness sessions guided by Kim & Erin

  • 30-minute massage per guest

  • Unlimited access to the Lalon Idor Spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, seawater pool, gym)

  • Transfers between the Amorgos port & the hotel

  • Special welcome gift

  • 10% discount on additional spa treatments

 

What’s Not Included:

  • Flights to/from Athens

  • Ferry Athens ↔ Amorgos

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Tips (restaurants ~5–10%; housekeeping €1–2/day; spa €5–10/treatment)

  • Optional excursions (boat trips, guided hikes, cultural tours)

  • Climate resilience tax (paid directly to the hotel at checkout)

  • Travel Insurance (highly recommended)

 

📅 Payment Schedule

Step 1 – Deposit to Empowered Wellness

  • $500 CAD non-refundable deposit (after April 1st 2026 $1000)

  • Due at registration

Step 2 –Payment to Origin Travels (TICO Agent # 50024160)

  • Double Occupancy: €1,045 (≈ $1,707 CAD approx)

  • Single Occupancy: €1,360 (≈ $2,222 CAD approx)

  • Due by August 1st, 2026

Step 3 – Final Payment to Empowered Wellness

  • $1165.50 CAD (if $1000 deposit then only $665.50)

  • Due by Feb 26th, 2027

 

❌ Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note that all payments for this retreat are non-refundable. This policy allows us to secure accommodations, venues, and experiences in advance for the group.

​

We strongly encourage guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This protects your investment in the event of unexpected circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, flight disruptions, or other travel-related issues.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (subject to approval by Empowered Wellness). All changes must be communicated in writing.
