Core & Calm

Sundays | 9:30–10:30 AM

Strengthen your center while finding stillness of mind. Core and Calm blends the best of Pilates and yoga into one seamless practice designed for women 40+. You’ll build core strength, stability, and mobility through functional Pilates-inspired movement, then transition into calming yoga sequences that restore balance, reduce stress, and leave you feeling centered.

This class is beginner-friendly and a perfect entry point if you’re new to Pilates or yoga—or if you’re simply looking for a gentle yet effective way to build strength and calm. With the unique combination of fitness and yoga, you’ll walk away feeling stronger, more stable, and deeply refreshed.

Pilates & Poses
 

Mondays | 5:00–6:30 PM

Build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility with this dynamic blend of Pilates and yoga. Pilates & Poses is a 90-minute class designed to challenge your body and calm your mind. We begin with Pilates-inspired movement to strengthen your core, improve stability, and support functional movement. From there, we transition into yoga sequences that focus on flexibility, breath, and mindfulness, creating the perfect balance of effort and ease.

This class offers a more intense experience than Core and Calm, making it a great choice if you’re ready to push your strength and mobility to the next level—while still ending with the grounding calm that yoga provides.

Functional Fitness & Flow

Wednesdays | 9:30–11:00 AM

Get everything you need in one seamless practice. Functional Fitness & Flow combines 45 minutes of strength and mobility training with 45 minutes of yoga, giving you the benefits of both workouts in just 90 minutes.

We begin with functional strength and mobility exercises designed to build stability, improve balance, and make everyday movement easier. Then, we flow into yoga to stretch, release tension, and restore calm. This unique class is ideal if you want to feel strong, flexible, and energized—without having to choose between fitness and yoga.

Perfect for all levels, with options to adapt each movement to your body and goals.
