Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Empowered Wellness Yoga Retreats. We are committed to providing excellent service and customer satisfaction. Please review our service cancellation policy below.

1. **Eligibility for Cancellation**: To cancel a service, you must notify us as soon as possible via text or email provided in the contact us tab.   Cancellations are non-refundable, unless the vacant spot can be recovered by the retreat.

2. **Notification of Cancellation**: To cancel a service, you must contact Erin Johnstone.  Provide your service date and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request.

3. **Refund Process**: If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 3 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. **Cancellation Fees**: Cancellations will incur no further payment penalty other than the non-refundable price. 

5. **Non-Refundable Services**: Cancellations will be non-refundable if the vacant spot can not be filled.  service. These services include full day retreat and holistic flow classes. Please review the specific terms for these services at the time of booking.

6. **Rescheduling Services**: If you wish to reschedule a service instead of canceling, please contact us as soon as possible before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling requests made within this period will not incur additional charges, however are subject to availability. 

7. **Changes to the Cancellation Policy**: Empowered Wellness Yoga Retreats reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

8. **Limitation of Liability**: Empowered Wellness Yoga Retreats is not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses incurred as a result of cancellations or rescheduling. Our liability is limited to the refund amount of the canceled service.

9. **Governing Law**: This cancellation policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
