Service Description
Functional Fitness & Flow Build the strength you need. Feel the flow you love. This 90-minute class blends the best of two worlds—practical strength training and calming yoga-inspired movement—to help you feel strong, balanced, and energized for daily life. We’ll begin with 45 minutes of functional fitness, focusing on building strength, stability, and mobility through movements that support your body in everyday activities. Then, we’ll transition into 45 minutes of gentle flow, using breath-led, mindful movement to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore calm. No matter your fitness level, each session offers options and modifications so you can challenge yourself while staying safe and supported. You’ll leave feeling stronger, looser, and more at ease—both physically and mentally.
