Cancellation Policy
Here’s a polished version that feels professional, warm, and aligned with the Empowered Wellness brand: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Empowered Wellness, our classes and events are intentionally designed to create a supportive, personalized experience in a small-group setting. Because space is limited, late cancellations have a significant impact on studio planning, instructor preparation, and availability for others. We appreciate your understanding and commitment when reserving your spot. Punch Passes & Drop-In Classes Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before class start time through your booking account. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) and missed classes will result in the class being forfeited. Series Registrations Series registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss a class within a series, recordings will be provided whenever available so you can continue your practice at your convenience. Occasional make-up classes may be offered at the discretion of Empowered Wellness if space allows. Workshops & Special Events Workshops, candlelit events, and special events are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event start time.
