When the vibrant days of summer gently give way to the crisp air of autumn, many of us at Empowered Wellness Retreats will reflect on the unforgettable moments spent at Empowered Yoga Retreat. From the tranquility of yoga sessions to the deep connections forged over coffee time conversations, this summer has been a season of growth, wellness, and empowerment.
While the warmth of the sun may fade, our commitment to your well-being remains unwavering. We understand that as the seasons change, so do our routines and commitments. To ensure you continue to thrive and stay connected with our community, we are excited to announce that we are taking our classes online this fall.

No matter where you are, you can continue your wellness journey without interruption. We love that class comes to you, especially when the snow flies, so you don't have to brave the cold to stay active.
2. **Flexibility:** Life can get busy, especially as the school year starts or work demands increase. Our online platform offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to participate in live sessions from wherever you are.. With 9 classes on our Fall Schedule you will find the best time to make your health a priority.
3. **Connection:** One of the most cherished aspects of our retreats and classes is the sense of community. By moving online, we ensure that the bonds formed during the summer remain strong. Engage with like-minded individuals, share your progress, and support each other as we gather before and after class.
What to Expect

- **Live Yoga Classes:** Experience the same high-quality instruction you enjoyed at the lake, now accessible from anywhere. Our skilled instructors will guide you through various styles of yoga, catering to all levels of experience. We will also be adding in a functional movement class 3x/week for a well balanced schedule.
- **Empowered Conversations:** Continue the enriching discussions from our coffee time conversations. Log in 15 minutes prior to classes to check in and catch up!
Our Fall Classes
Empowered Movement:
Empowered Movement is a dynamic functional fitness class designed specifically for individuals who want to maintain and enhance their physical capabilities. This class focuses on functional movements that support everyday activities, improving balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Through a combination of low-impact exercises, resistance training, and mobility work, participants will build the confidence and vitality needed to enjoy life to the fullest. Whether you're looking to stay active, prevent injury, or simply move better, Empowered Movement offers a supportive and empowering environment tailored to your unique needs.
Empowered Flow Yoga:
Empowered Flow Yoga is an all-levels class designed to seamlessly blend movement with mindfulness. Through yoga flow that enhances strength, balance and flexibility, this practice will also integrate holistic elements to support your mental and emotional well-being.
Wellness Rest & Recovery:
Wellness Rest & Recovery is a unique and nurturing class that blends a gentle flow practice, recovery through cork rollers, stretch bands and massage balls and a restorative practice for deep rest and mindfulness.
How to Join
Joining our online classes is easy. Simply sign up for your favorite classes on our website just as you have always done. You will receive a unique Zoom link via email which will take you directly. to your class.

For the time being, spots are limited for the remainder of Summer! Join us Monday's at 10am for Empowered Fusion, Friday's at 10am for Serenity Flow Yoga and Saturday's (when no full day retreat is running) at 10am for Holistic Flow Yoga .
