As the world turns inward and the light begins its slow return, this gentle evening flow invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner glow. We’ll move through soft, intentional postures to release the weight of the season, followed by breathwork and guided reflection to honour the darkness as a sacred space for rest and clarity. Surrounded by the warmth of candlelight, you’ll be guided to plant seeds of intention for the months ahead and leave feeling calm, centered, and illuminated from within. Whether you’re craving rest, ritual, or simply a quiet space to breathe—this solstice gathering offers all three.
