A balanced, full-body class designed to help you move and feel better in everyday life. This class combines 30 minutes of functional strength training to build stability, support your joints, and improve overall strength, followed by 30 minutes of mobility-focused stretching to release tension, improve range of motion, and support ease of movement. Suitable for all levels, this class focuses on simple, effective movements that help you stay strong, mobile, and capable for life.
