I attended the first yoga retreat on July 9th. The experience was awesome and I highly recommend it!!

Erin and Kim were incredibly welcoming and made us all feel at ease from the onset. Having the yoga studio at a quiet location on Lake Shebandowan creates a serene and tranquil atmosphere amongst nature with the birds singing in the background. Kim’s and Erin’s expertise in teaching yoga, attention to detail and level of commitment provided the best experience. The yoga sessions were relaxing and geared to all levels.

I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and grateful for going outside my comfort zone. I am also grateful for making new friends.
